Administration

Jennifer Boyce, Marketing Manager, joined Berkshire Partners in 2008. Jenn manages marketing, communications and client service at Berkshire. She has over ten years of marketing and communications experience for the investment industry. Jenn received a B.A. from Georgetown University.

Kenneth Bring, Chief Financial Officer, joined Berkshire Partners in 2002 and became Chief Financial Officer in 2008. During the prior six years, Ken worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he managed financial audits for investment management and private equity companies. Ken received a B.S. from Duke University and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of North Carolina. Ken is a certified public accountant.

Gary Giordano, Vice President of Tax, joined Berkshire Partners in 2004 and became Vice President of Tax in 2008. During the prior six years, Gary was a CPA for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Gary received a B.S. in Accounting from University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College Graduate School of Business.

Garth Greimann, Chief Administrative Officer, joined Berkshire Partners in 1989 and became a Managing Director in 1994. Garth assumed the responsibilities of Administrative Partner in 2005 and then transitioned to the newly created position of Chief Administrative Officer in 2006. Prior to joining Berkshire, Garth spent 12 years in domestic and international commercial banking, primarily with The First National Bank of Boston. He received a B.A. from Dartmouth College.

Elizabeth Liacos, Director of Operations, joined Berkshire Partners in 2001. She manages the administrative staff and oversees human resources and office operations at Berkshire. Liz has over 20 years of experience in office administration. Prior to joining Berkshire, Liz was a legal administrator at various Boston law firms. Liz is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts.

Eric Souza, Director of Information Technology, joined Berkshire Partners in 2006 and became Director of Information Technology in 2010. During the prior seven years, Eric was Director of Information Technology for Interpublic Group, a global provider of advertising and marketing services, where he oversaw technology initiatives in their New England region. Eric earned a B.S. from Siena College.
