Robert L. Waldron, Vice President, Portfolio Support Group

Rob joined Berkshire Partners in 2006 as Vice President in the Portfolio Support Group, with a primary focus of providing support to Berkshire's portfolio companies. Rob is currently serving as interim President and Chief Operating Officer at Waterworks.

During the previous ten years, Rob led businesses operating in the education field. Most recently, Rob served as president and CEO of Jumpstart, a non-profit organization providing early education services to children from low-income backgrounds. Previously, Rob served as CEO of Score Learning, a for-profit supplementary education company. Rob began his career at Morgan Stanley & Co. in 1987.
