Raleigh Shoemaker is a Managing Director at Berkshire Partners. He joined Berkshire in 2006 to focus on business development and has led the firm’s investor relations team since 2013. Prior to joining Berkshire, Raleigh was an Executive Director at Sterling Capital Management. Earlier in his career, he worked at Audax Group, Bain & Co. and Bowles, Hollowell, Conner & Co. Raleigh received an A.B. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
