Roy C. Rosas, Vice President, Portfolio Support Group

Roy joined Berkshire Partners in 2007 as Vice President in the Portfolio Support Group, with a primary focus of providing support to Berkshire's portfolio companies.

Roy served as global business director of the Oral Care Emerging Markets at The Gillette Company/Procter & Gamble since 2004. Prior to his work at Gillette, Roy was the founder and CEO of Reputation Technologies, a supply chain analytics enterprise software company. Earlier in his career, Roy served as a case leader with the Boston Consulting Group and as a marketing manager with Procter & Gamble.
