David P. Reilly, Vice President, Portfolio Support Group

Dave joined Berkshire Partners in 2005 as Vice President in the Portfolio Support Group, with a primary focus of providing support to Berkshire's portfolio companies.

During the previous six years, Dave worked at The Holmes Group, a Berkshire portfolio company, as the executive vice president of operations. Dave's responsibilities included new product development, supply chain operations and information technology. From 1996 to 1999, he was the vice president of global operations services at Hasbro, Inc., where he was responsible for operations process improvements and systems implementations.
