Randy joined Berkshire Partners in 1996 and became a Managing Director in 2000.

Previously, Randy was a co-founder of a privately-owned healthcare services company. Earlier, he served as chief of staff for the Assistant Secretary for Economic Policy in the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Randy was also a consultant with Cannon Associates and Bain & Co.
