Jay Makadia, Principal

Jay originally joined Berkshire Partners in 2000 as an Associate and returned to Berkshire in 2004 after graduating from business school. Since his return to Berkshire, Jay has worked primarily with Berkshire's energy, transportation and retailing companies.

Prior to joining Berkshire, Jay was an analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley & Co.
