Beth joined Berkshire Partners in 2003. She has worked extensively with Berkshire's communications, business services and healthcare companies.

Beth's directorships and primary Berkshire involvement includes Crown Castle International, NEW Asurion Corporation, Tower Development Corporation and United BioSource Corporation.

Prior to Berkshire, she worked for six years in venture capital, including a number of years at the Sprout Group and Marquette Venture Partners. Beth began her career as a financial analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley & Co.
