Beth joined Berkshire Partners in 2003. She has worked primarily with Berkshire's communications and business services companies. Prior to Berkshire, she worked for six years in venture capital, including a number of years at the Sprout Group and Marquette Venture Partners.

Beth began her career as a financial analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley & Co.
