Sam Adams is a Managing Director at Berkshire Partners, focusing on talent management. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2012, Sam was Senior Vice President of Enterprise Brand Strategy for Bank of America. She began her career at Bain & Co., and previously held marketing roles for Hill Holliday Advertising and the Discovery Health Channel. Sam received an A.B. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
